On September 13, 2026, officers with Patrol Services, with assistance from officers with the Division 2 Unit and Central Support Bureau, charged 38-year-old Justin Tessier with four counts of theft under $5,000 and other offences.
Around 11:15 a.m., 911 Communicators received a report of the accused stealing items from a business in the 100 block of Trunk Road. Officers were dispatched to the area, where they located and arrested the accused. Investigations revealed that between August 20, 2026, and September 13, 2026, the accused stole more than $460 worth of items from two businesses on four different occasions.
The accused is charged with:
- Theft – Under $5,000 x4
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order x8
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
