Prevent Theft From Your Vehicle

Vehicles are valuable assets and you should make every effort to maintain the security of your vehicle and property inside of it. There are simple steps you can follow to greatly increase the security of your vehicle.

Please follow these tips to enhance the security of your vehicle and property inside your vehicle;

• Keep your doors locked at all times – even if you just forgot something inside your residence, are returning a shopping cart, etc.
• Do not leave your vehicle running with the keys inside
• Do not leave valuables of any kind in plain view. If possible remove them from the vehicle or lock them in an out of sight area like a trunk.
  • Do not leave your purse/wallet inside the vehicle for any amount of time – even while you are just loading/unloading groceries or returning a shopping cart. 
• Park your vehicle in well-lit area, or in an area with motion-activated lights
• Consider using some form of security system for your vehicle and/or investing in a security camera facing your driveway
