One Charged with Break and Enter, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
On February 5, 2024, officers with Patrol Services charged 22-year-old Jessy Audet with break and enter and possession of property obtained by crime.
In the early hours of February 4, the accused was observed breaking into a business in the 300 block of Queen Street East. It was reported a high value of items had been stolen from the business. On February 5, the accused pawned one of the stolen items.
Officers located the accused around 11:30 a.m. on February 5, and they were arrested. The accused is charged with:
- Break and Enter – Commit Indictable Offence
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
- Failure to Comply with Probation Order
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on April 8, 2024.
