One Charged with Assault, Uttering Threats
On April 3, 2024, officers with Patrol Services charged 34-year-old Michel Koussaye with assault and uttering threats.
Around 6:00 p.m., 911 Communicators received a report of the accused assaulting, and uttering threats to, employees at a business in the 700 block of Pine Street. Officers were dispatched to the business where they located, and arrested, the accused.
Investigation revealed the accused had grabbed the head of one employee and stroked the hair of another. They had also verbally threatened both employees with weapons they claimed they were in possession of. No physical injuries were sustained. A search of the accused did not locate any weapons.
The accused is charged with:

- Uttering Threats x2
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
