On September 27, 2026, officers with Patrol Services charged 49-year-old Roger Milia with assault and mischief.
Shortly before 8:00 a.m., 911 Communicators received a report of an assault in the 300 block of Maretta Street. Officers were dispatched to the scene. An investigation revealed the accused had assaulted a victim known to them on September 5 and 27, 2026, and intentionally damaged the victim’s property on September 23, 2026. The victim sustained minor physical injuries. The accused was arrested.
