On November 4, 2026, officers with Patrol Services charged 46-year-old Rachel Seguin with assault and breach of recognizance.
Around 1:30 a.m. on November 2, 2026, 911 Communicators received a report of an assault at a business in the 200 block of Goulais Avenue. Officers were dispatched to the scene. An investigation revealed the accused slapped a victim who is not known to them. No physical injuries were reported.
