Youth Charged with Assault with a Weapon, Assault
On October 29, 2024, officers with Patrol Services charged a 14-year-old youth with assault with a weapon and assault.
Around 12:50 p.m. on November 1, 2024, 911 Communicators received a report of an assault which took place on October 29, 2024, in the 600 block of Second Line West. An investigation revealed the accused youth had thrown a rock at, and spit on, an adult who is known to them. The victim did not sustain physical injuries. Officers attended the accused’s residence, and they were arrested.
The accused youth is charged with:
- Assault
- Assault with a Weapon
The accused youth was released on an appearance notice and is scheduled to appear in court on December 31, 2024.
