One Charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking
On February 3, 2025, officers with Court Services, with assistance from the Drug Enforcement Unit, special constables, and security officers, charged 27-year-old Greg Boissoneau with possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking.
Around 3:20 p.m., court security officers and special constables conducted a search of the accused upon their attempted entry into the Sault Ste. Marie Courthouse. The search located approximately 23.47 grams of suspected methamphetamine. The estimated street value of drugs seized is approximately $2,347.
The accused is charged with:
- Possession of Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
The accused was released on an appearance notice and is scheduled to appear in court on March 31, 2025.
