One Charged with Operation While Impaired, Dangerous Operation
On November 9, 2024, officers with Patrol Services charged 32-year-old Rachael Clarke-Harvey with operation while impaired.
Around 1:20 a.m., officers on their way to an unrelated call for service saw a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed in the 1400 block of Trunk Road. Officers conducted a traffic stop. Upon speaking with the accused, who was yelling at officers and not being cooperative, officers developed grounds to believe their ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol. They were arrested.
The accused provided multiple breath samples into an approved screening device, all of which registered above the legal limit.
The accused is charged with:
- Operation While Impaired – Drug and/or Alcohol
- Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80+)
- Dangerous Operation
The accused was released on an appearance notice and is scheduled to appear in court on December 9, 2024.
