One Charged with Break and Enter, Indecent Act
On November 14, 2023, officers with Patrol Services charged 26-year-old Waasmo Bradford with an indecent act in a public place, break and enter, and other offences.
On October 27, the accused attended a business in the 200 block of Bay Street at which they were trespassed from. When escorted out by security personnel, the accused exposed their genitals and made offensive gestures to several people. The accused then left the property but came back a couple hours later and was again told to leave. Police obtained a warrant for their arrest.
On October 29 and 30, the accused returned to the business twice more and was escorted off the property both times by security personnel.
On November 14, police were dispatched to a business in the 100 block of East Street in response to an alarm. The accused was located nearby and arrested on the strength of the warrant.
Investigation revealed the accused had broken into the business and damaged property. They were found to be in possession of a stolen passport, break and enter tools, a set of master keys for the business, and one bullet. They were rearrested for these offences.

- Break and Enter – Commit Indictable Offence
- Possession of Break In Instruments
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
- Mischief Under $5,000
- Indecent Act – Public Place
- Possession of Ammunition Contrary to Prohibition Order
- Failure to Comply with Probation Order x10
The accused is being held in custody pending a bail hearing.
