One Charged with Being Unlawfully in Dwelling House, Uttering Threats
On June 2, 2024, officers with Patrol Services charged 30-year-old Allan Turner with being unlawfully in a dwelling house and uttering threats.
Around 1:30 a.m., 911 Communicators received a report of an unknown person entering a residence in the 600 block of Farwell Terrace, being confronted by the homeowners, and running away, only to return five minutes later and verbally threaten them before running away again.
Officers were dispatched to the area and located the accused, who matched the description of the suspect, nearby. They were arrested.
The accused was charged with:
- Unlawfully in Dwelling House
- Uttering Threats
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
