One Charged with Being Unlawfully in a Dwelling House, Mischief, Threats
On February 7, 2025, officers with Patrol Services charged 42-year-old Donald Larente with being unlawfully in a dwelling house, mischief, and uttering threats.
Shortly after midnight, 911 Communicators received a report of an alarm call at a residence in the 0-100 block of Grace Street. Officers were dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, officers noticed damage to the door and located the accused sleeping on a couch inside the residence. They were arrested. An investigation revealed the accused had also threatened the victim in late January 2025. The victim and accused are known to one another.
The accused is charged with:
- Unlawfully in Dwelling House
- Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm
- Mischief – Under $5,000
- Failure to Comply with Probation Order x4
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
