One Charged with Assault
On July 21, 2024, officers with Patrol Services charged 43-year-old Lisa Lund with assault and failing to comply with a probation order.
Around 6:45 p.m., 911 Communicators received a report of an assault in the 0-100 block of Clearview Drive. Officers were dispatched to the scene. An investigation revealed the accused hit a victim, who is known to them, after a verbal altercation. The victim sustained minor physical injuries .
Officers attended the accused’s residence and arrested them.
The accused is charged with:

- Fail to Comply with Probation Order
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on September 23, 2024.
