On March 5, 2024, officers with Patrol Services charged 36-year-old Tyler Ross with arson, operation while prohibited, and several other offences.

Around 2:40 a.m. on February 7, 911 Communicators received a report of a fire on Portage Lane. • Arson
  • Possession of Schedule I Substance for Purpose of Trafficking
  • Operation While Prohibited – Criminal Code x4
  • Operation While Prohibited – Legal Restriction From Any Other Act x2
