Man Charged with Possession of a Weapon
On February 8, 2022, officers with Patrol Services charged 47-year-old Cecil Cuthbertson with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
Around 9:00 p.m. police received a call of a man in possession of a gun at a business in the 200 block of McNabb Street. Officers arrived a short time later and located a man matching the description near the business. They identified him as the accused and located a pellet gun nearby.
He was arrested and charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. He was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on April 11, 2022.
