One Charged with Dangerous Operation, Operation While Impaired
On August 10, 2024, officers with Patrol Services charged 35-year-old Jordan Bellerose with operation while impaired and dangerous operation.
Around 10:15 p.m., 911 Communicators received a report of a vehicle driving in the wrong direction on Albert Street East. Officers were dispatched and located the vehicle in the 400 block of Charles Street. They conducted a traffic stop. Upon speaking with the driver, who was identified as the accused, officers developed grounds to believe their ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol. They were arrested.
The accused provided multiple breath samples to a technician and all registered above the legal limit.
The accused is charged with:
- Dangerous Operation
- Operation While Impaired – Drug and/or Alcohol
- Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80+)
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order
The accused was released on an appearance notice and is scheduled to appear in court on September 9, 2024.
