One Charged with Break and Enter, Theft, Mischief
On July 15, 2024, officers with Patrol Services charged 34-year-old Tyler Dunn with break and enter, theft, and mischief.
On March 31, 2024, officers responded to an alarm at a business in the 600 block of Trunk Road. Upon arrival, officers noticed property was damaged in a break and enter. An investigation revealed the accused had broken into the business and stolen several items. A warrant was obtained for their arrest.
On July 15, 2024, officers saw the accused walking on Wellington Street East and arrested them on the strength of a warrant.
The accused is charged with:
- Break and Enter – Commit Indictable Offence
- Theft Under $5,000
- Mischief Under $5,000
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order x2
The accused was released on an appearance notice and is scheduled to appear in court on September 19, 2024.
