One Charged with Assault
On July 13, 2024, officers with Patrol Services charged 35-year-old Francis Rose with assault.
Around 1:00 p.m., 911 Communicators received a report of a physical altercation taking place outside a business in the 100 block of Gore Street. Officers were dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, officers found the altercation had ended; however, an investigation revealed the accused had punched a victim and wrestled them to the ground. They were arrested.

The accused was released on an appearance notice and is scheduled to appear in court on September 16, 2024.
