Missing Person Investigation Ongoing
Today there will be significant police presence around Peoples Road. This is connected to the investigation into missing 39-year-old Jake Corbiere.
Members of the Emergency Services Unit, including the Canine Unit, detectives with Investigation Services, and the Ontario Provincial Police will be searching the area throughout the day.
Jake has not been seen or spoken with family or friends since March 12, 2023.
Garden River First Nation is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for anyone who provides information that leads to finding Jake.
Anyone with information on Jake’s whereabouts is urged to contact Sault Police by calling Detective Sergeant Darren Corcoran at 705-949-6300 ext. 387.
