Indecent Act Charge Laid
On August 3, 2024, officers with Patrol Services charged 54-year-old Hussin Mostafa with indecent act – public place.
Around 4:00 p.m. 911 Communicators received a call of someone exposing their genitals to people at Pointe Des Chenes beach. Upon arrival, officers’ investigation revealed the accused was near the public changerooms and exposed their genitals to people in the area.
The accused was located near the public changerooms and arrested.
The accused is charged with Indecent Act – Public Place. The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on September 23, 2024.
