Assault Charges Laid
On August 3, 2024, officers with Patrol Services charged 27-year-old Brandon Marandola with assault.
Around 11:30 p.m. 911 Communicators received a report of a disturbance in the 500 block of Parliament Street. Upon arrival, officers observed people outside of a residence in the area. The investigation revealed the accused had punched two people known to them, causing minor physical injuries.
The accused was arrested and charged with two counts of assault.
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on October 7, 2024.
