On August 2, 2026, 911 Communicators received a report of an assault involving the accused around 1:00 a.m. on August 1, 2026. An investigation revealed the accused kicked and punched the victim, held a knife to them, and verbally threatened to harm them. The victim, who is also a youth, sustained minor physical injuries. The victim and accused are known to one another.
Around 1:10 a.m. on August 3, 2026, officers located and arrested the accused. The accused is charged with:
- Assault
- Assault with a Weapon
- Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm
- Failure to Comply with Release Order – Other Than to Attend Court x2
- Breach of Recognizance x4
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
