On April 11, 2025, officers with Patrol Services charged 31-year-old Kaleb Demour with carrying a concealed weapon and resisting a peace officer.
Around 1:00 a.m. on April 11, 2025, officers with Patrol Services observed the accused walking on Wellington Street West. Officers determined the accused was breaching a release order and attempted to arrest the accused.
While attempting the arrest the accused resisted, but officers were able to gain physical control of the accused to arrest them. During a subsequent search, officers located a concealed handgun style pellet gun.
The accused is charged with,
• Carrying Concealed Weapon
• Resisting a Peace Officer
• Fail to Comply with Release Order x2
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
