One Charged with Sexual Assault
On April 10, 2025, detectives with Investigation Services charged 42-year-old Samuel Nnaji with sexual assault.
On February 5, 2025, the victim attended the accused’s residence. Shortly after the victim entered the residence, the accused pinned the victim down and forcibly touched them for a sexual purpose.
The victim was able to leave the residence and later reported the incident to police.
On April 10, 2025, detectives located the accused, and they were arrested.
The accused is charged with sexual assault.
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on June 9, 2025.
