On August 28, 2026, officers with Patrol Services charged 51-year-old Nicole Breton with robbery.
Shortly after 6:00 p.m., 911 Communicators received a report of a robbery at a business in the 200 block of Bay Street. Officers were dispatched to the business, where the accused was in custody of security guards. An investigation revealed the accused had left the business with items they had not paid for and punched a security guard when confronted. They were arrested. No physical injuries were reported.
The accused is charged with robbery. They were released on an undertaking and are scheduled to appear in court on November 16, 2026.
