On May 13, 2026, officers with the Division 2 Unit charged 66-year-old Kevin Cullis with two counts of mischief under $5,000 and eight counts of failure to comply with an undertaking.
An investigation revealed the accused violated a condition of their undertaking by attending a multi-unit residential building in the 600 block of Wellington Street East on multiple occasions between May 10-13, 2026. On two of these occasions, the accused also tampered with a secure door to prevent it from latching and locking.
On May 13, 2026, officers saw the accused exiting the multi-unit residential building. They were arrested.
The accused is charged with:
- Mischief – Under $5,000 x2
- Failure to Comply with Undertaking x8
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on August 10, 2026.
