On April 6, 2026, officers with the Division 2 Unit charged 66-year-old Kevin Cullis with mischief.
On March 16, 2026, police received video footage from a multi-unit residential building in the 600 block of Wellington Street East which showed a suspect exiting a unit and urinating in one of the entrances to the building. On April 6, 2026, officers attending the building for an unrelated matter located the accused, who matched the description of the suspect. They were arrested.
The accused is charged with:
- Mischief – Obstruct, Interrupt, or Interfere with the Lawful Use, Enjoyment, or Operation of Property
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on July 6, 2026.
