One Charged with Break and Enter
On February 26, 2024, officers with Patrol Services charged 43-year-old Kenneth Megginson with break and enter.
Around 2:30 a.m. on July 28, 2023, 911 Communicators received a report of a break and enter at a business in the 200 block of Queen Street West. Officers were dispatched to the scene where they found evidence of a break and enter but no one inside the business. An investigation later identified the accused as the individual who had broken into the business.
The accused was located on February 26, 2024, and they were arrested. The accused is charged with:
- Break and Enter
- Failure to Comply with Probation Order
- Breach of Recognizance
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on April 22, 2024.
