On April 22, 2026, officers charged 53-year-old Amey Roach with break and enter, mischief over $5,000, and several other offences.
On February 17, 2026, 911 Communicators received a report of a break and enter at a business two days prior in the 0-100 block of Third Line West. An investigation by the Bail Compliance Unit, Forensic Identification Unit, and Patrol Services revealed the accused broke into the business, causing extensive damage and removing property.
On April 22, 2026, detectives with the Bail Compliance Unit located and arrested the accused. The accused is charged with:
• Break, Enter a Place – Commit Indictable Offence
• Possession of Break In Instruments
• Mischief – Over $5,000
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime – Over $5,000
• Fail to Comply with Probation Order
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
