On August 27, 2026, officers with Patrol Services charged 47-year-old Peter Tarbox with break and enter and mischief.
Around 5:30 a.m., 911 Communicators received a report of a break and enter at a property in the 900 block of Queen Street East. Officers were dispatched to the scene, where they located and arrested the accused inside the fenced property.
The accused is charged with:
- Break and Enter a Place – Intent to Commit Indictable Offence
- Mischief – Under $5,000
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on November 16, 2026.
