On July 26, 2026, officers with Patrol Services charged 47-year-old Sean Seguin with assault with a weapon and other offences.
Around 5:00 p.m., 911 Communicators received a report of an assault in the 200 block of Bay Street. Officers were dispatched to the scene. An investigation revealed the accused threw objects at security guards after being asked to leave the property. They were arrested. No physical injuries were reported.
The accused is charged with:
- Assault with a Weapon
- Failure to Comply with Release Order – Other Than to Attend Court
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
