Man Charged with Break and Enter
On February 15, 2022, officers with Patrol Services charged 32-year-old Jeffrey Rivard with break and enter.
Around 4:30 a.m. officers responded to a call of a possible break and enter at a business in the 600 block of John Street. Upon arrival, officers located a person matching the description provided nearby. Upon speaking with the accused, the accused provided a name later determined to be false, and officers developed grounds to believe this person did attempt a break and enter and they were arrested.
Officers were able to identify the person as the accused and a subsequent search found him to be in possession of break in tools.

- Obstruct Peace Officer
He was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on April 25, 2022
