Man Charged with Break and Enter
On February 14, 2022, officers with Patrol Services charged 41-year-old Myles Zacharie with break and enter.
Around 10:30 a.m. officers responded to reports of a break and enter at a residence in the 600 block of Bay Street. Upon speaking with the victim, officers discovered a cell phone and a package had been taken. Further investigation identified the accused as the person who had entered the residence.
Officers located the accused around 11:00 a.m. in the 600 block of Queen Street East and he was found to be in possession of the items reported stolen. He was arrested.

- possession of Property Obtained by Crime
- Theft Under $5,000
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order to Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour
He was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
