On April 27, 2026, officers with the Division 2 Unit charged 34-year-old Aisha Day with eighteen counts of possession of an identity document, six counts of possession of a credit card , and failure to comply with an undertaking.
Around 9:10 a.m., officers patrolling East Street located the accused, who had violated the conditions of an undertaking. They were arrested. Upon searching the accused, officers located eighteen identification cards and six bank cards not in the accused’s name.
The accused is charged with:
- Possession of Identity Document x18
- Possession of Credit Card x6
- Failure to Comply with Undertaking
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on July 20, 2026.
